Before contacting support, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, the app version shown in Settings, whether you are using current location or a saved location, and a screenshot if the issue is visual.

Forecast Looks Wrong

Daylight uses Apple Weather where available. Forecasts can vary by location accuracy, coverage, network status and rapidly changing weather.

Pro Purchase Did Not Unlock

Open Settings in Daylight and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases, billing, refunds and cancellation are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Location Is Approximate

Open iOS Settings, find Daylight, then check Location permission and Precise Location.

Delete Saved Locations

Open the location search sheet, then swipe a saved location to delete it.
